After years of dedicated research and development, Jwell Machinery has mastered the core technology of PPS+ continuous carbon fiber thermoplastic impregnation process, and launched (CF/PPS) thermoplastic UD belt production line to the market.

The machine introduced by Jwell Machinery adopts the melt impregnation process, which is different from the conventional powder method and solution method, can realize the continuous and stable forming production of PPS-UD belt, and has the condition of quantitative production. PPS high performance particles were fused and plasticized by a special high temperature extruder, the melt quantity was transported quantitatively, and the continuous carbon fiber was dispersed and impregnated in the core impregnation mold.

Produced UD sheet surface smooth, good impregnation effect, continuous fiber distribution uniform. It can meet the professional application fields of aerospace, weapons, military industry, rail transit, medical sports and so on.
